There’s a little family of three that I’ve been photographing for years from Wellesley – and I’m obsessed!

You will be too in a moment, juuuuust wait. This family started as just two – from their Central Mass engagement session, to their Charlestown wedding, maternity session in Concord MA and at-home newborn session in Wellesley. Today, that sweet little man has turned ONE, with baby portraits to celebrate.

We originally planned for indoor and outdoor (snowy?!) pictures, but temperatures were in the single digits. We then decided to stay warm and snuggly inside. Substituted a warm soapy tubby for snow as something fun for little B’s winter birthday session.

We planned a cake smash, but Bennett wasn’t exactly interested in his cake. He gave me full range of emotion as we played, ate cake and had tubby time. Taylors rug is actually rubber and washable; it was literally perfect for all the things. We were able to just wipe up the mess!

I love his personality + how it came through in these pictures. It was so exciting to have a session just for Bennett, all of these pictures will live on in their album. I love seeing their portrait album stack grow, as their journey grows.
