Brianna + Dave’s Western Mass wedding at The Log Cabin in Holyoke is such a great reminder that clients truly can come from anywhere.

How did we meet Brianna + Dave? Her sister Talia was Trevor’s fourth grade teacher! It was a perfect match. These two are kind, caring, sweet + thoughtful and I’m so excited to share this highlight.

Brianna had all of her details ready and waiting for me, along with the most magnificent bundle of flowers I’ve ever seen – a HUGE thank you to Heather of Durocher Flowers. The flowers made styling her wedding invitation so much fun – they really take an “ok” details picture to dazzling and ties everything together!

Brianna is a fellow family of 3 girls, and her two sisters stood by her side as MOHs along with her sweet besties. And her mama was there to help her get into her gown.

Stunning + calm, Brianna was ready to meet Dave for their first look (with foggy views of Pioneer Valley) at The Log Cabin.

They chose to exchange personal vows during their time together, and did so quietly and on the edge of the property, just the two of them. It was my favorite moment in the day. They took their time and shared promises for the future before they met up with their family and wedding party for portraits before the ceremony.

Dave made the arbor! The flowers that were added by Durocher Florist were the perfect addition.

The Log Cabin wedding venue has incredible views of the Pioneer Valley, but on this particular day, it was more like Misty Mountain.

I personally love foggy weddings, it adds a level of romance and dreaminess to the pictures. I love the weddings we have photographed recently in Western Mass, like Stephanie + Tanner.

The rain let up just in time for the ceremony and they got their outdoor ceremony they’ve always dreamed of. And I love this picture of the two mamas praying either to the rain gods, or calling in a favor to Brianna’s dad, who watched from above. Whatever that call was, it worked. Also, I can’t say enough about the staff at The Log Cabin. They wiped down chairs multiple times to give guests the best experience, and did so with smiles!

Brianna had a charm on her bouquet with a picture of her dad – he was with her the whole time.

The wedding was officiated by Brianna’s Aunt Denise. And I love that The Log Cabin had a separate space for this, it felt very private + as the fog rolled out, they got those incredible Pioneer Valley views.

You know the dance floor game where someone spins a bottle and wherever it points, that person dances in the middle of the circle? Well that bottle keeps landing on me! Multiple. Weddings. Hahaha, I’m totally cool with popping in the middle and then spinning it for the next! What a night…congratulations to Brianna + Dave – the two of you are so kind and loving, it was a pleasure to share a part of this day with you!
