Leanna + Mike’s Falmouth MA Wedding – Flying Bridge

We connected recently with the sweetest Leanna about her wedding photography. She’s a friend of Megan + Matt and told us excitedly about her Cape Cod wedding day in Falmouth MA.

The original plan was for a big ceremony and party at Flying Bridge in Falmouth, but Coronavirus, so plans changed. And she had the most beautiful perspective about it. Her excitement for both days was infectious – this first day would be about family and the importance of marriage on their original date, with the religious ceremony followed by an intimate catered dinner. And then they still have the party (and pictures!) to look forward to, with all of their favorite people at the Flying Bridge, one of their favorite places.

Mike and Leanna got ready in different areas of this Falmouth house. It was rainy outside, but lovely light inside.

She smiled the entire day, and especially the moment she joined hands with Mike at the top of the aisle. This is the day she marries her best friend! The wedding ceremony was at St Patrick’s Church in Falmouth MA.

The owner of Flying Bridge is awesome, and opened up the property so they could take pictures. This was the perfect bright nautical backdrop!

The celebration continued from the Cape Cod trolley to the MARGARITA MACHINE. Mike planned this treat for everyone and was first in line to pour drinks for all…even Ben got one! Followed by a catered dinner and their sweet first dance.

Intimate 2020 weddings are beyond lovely…married as planned, in a moment they otherwise wouldn’t have had, with the big party to look forward to! Congrats Leanna + Mike!
