Outdoor Family Portraits in Lancaster MA

This beautiful family had their first portraits together. Mom is a fellow photographer – the talent & charm behind Shannon Matos Photography – which made the session that much more exciting. We sat together before the session and she told me about her spirited 3 year old daughter. The light of her life – independent, infuriating and beyond perfect. She told mer about her connection with her boyfriend and their journey together, and how much he loves her daughter. These were the things I would capture for them during their session.

Shannon wanted wall art in her home. We talked about colors and decor, and she sent me a snapshot of the space before the session. After, I was able to show her exact sizes on her actual wall. We created a canvas gallery wall of 4 of her favorite portraits, and a large canvas for her bedroom. The rest went in an album I have a feeling she’ll be grateful to have for a very, very long time. This little girl is going to grow up quick and take over the world. Keep an eye out for this cutie.
