Chelsea & Garrett’s Langham Boston Wedding

The Langham Boston is an incredible location for couples looking for a downtown Boston venue with style. The hotel itself is boutique and swanky (and the bridal suite gets so much gorgeous natural light!), but they do an amazing job at tailoring each wedding to their couples. Every wedding we’ve photographed at the Langham as been as unique as the couples we’ve photographed. And we cannot say enough about Langham’s Wedding Director Samantha and her team (including Aimee, who’s wedding we’ll be photographing in January!).

Chelsea and Garret enlisted the help of Tangorra Wedding Planning, SociaLight and Fleur Events to transform the Langham ballroom into a romantic space with an amber glow. I can’t wait for you to see! But first, let’s start with getting ready and their first look at Boston’s Post Office Square.

Chelsea’s talented sister and MOH Lauren designed the beautiful invitations and signs used throughout the wedding day.

Chelsea’s ladies are all stunning, and I loved the Sandy Waters robes she surprised them with…they have pockets! Personalized stemless champagne glasses, too…

Chelsea slipped away once her hair and makeup was done (makeup by Faces by Robin and hair by Stacy S) to privately read Garrett’s note to her. <3

I LOVE the back of Chelsea’s Kenneth Winston gown. Scroll down to the park to see her finished look!

Ben filmed video this day, and when we shoot photo & video we cover the day together. We headed up to see Garrett and the guys, and laughed with them the entire time. Between the cumberbunds, bowties and pocket squares. Oh, the pocket squares!

Post Office Square first look, just outside of The Langham.

This gorgeous bride wanted her groom to come to her, so he would truly get a great first look of her in her wedding gown.

After their sweet, private first look, Garrett played her a tune on the piano. Because when is there ever a heart-covered piano just waiting to be played?

We finished all of their portraits before the ceremony so they could fully enjoy the Langham – they didn’t want to miss cocktail hour in the Wyeth Room! But first, the Wilson Ballroom for their ceremony. Completely transformed into a warmly-lit, romantic room by Tangorra Wedding Planning, SociaLight lighting and Fleur Events floral design. It was a show stopper.

They’re married! Let the celebration begin in the stately Wyeth Room. The rest of the night was filled with love, happiness, good eats and so much dancing…

Congratulations Chelsea & Garrett!
