Courtney & Jon’s Tower Hill Wedding

Where do I even begin with Courtney & Jon’s beautiful Tower Hill Botanic Garden wedding? Maybe with their engagement session, because its one of the cutest ever. They are sweet individually, and absolutely adorable together. They grew up just down the road from one another, and so this day was destined to happen long long ago. And couldn’t have been more perfect for these two, totally loving people. #salsmanseverafter

Why mess with a good thing? Courtney loves her “everyday” sandals so much that she got a “special occasion” pair to wear on her wedding day!

She’s effortlessly beautiful and humbly unaware.

Meanwhile, the guys…and their beloved pup!

Jon’s other baby is his Porsche boxster, aka the getaway car. Cleaned and waxed and just waiting for the trip to the church.

Recessional captured from the balcony by Ben, including a sly little look from the bride! 🙂

Courtney & Jon had a quick receiving line and a formal exit through the crowd of guests to their getaway car. It was a great exit!

And on to Tower Hill. Sigh. One of my most favorite places ever. Tower Hill Botanic Garden has a special place in my heart and I love when we are invited back to to photograph weddings here.

By the way, the flowers were gorgeous! So perfectly paired to their garden venue, courtesy of the talented Faris Farm Flowers and modeled by Jon and Meredith, Courtney’s awesome sister and MOH.

After some formal portraits with family & their wedding party, we headed off for some quiet time in the warm afternoon sun while everyone else headed to cocktail hour in the courtyard at Tower Hill, just outside the Orangerie.

My favorite part of the day…

Waiting for their introduction, ready to celebrate with their friends & family…

Party Factor Band is AMAZING. And I love that their lights photograph so nicely. Seriously, if you’re looking for a super-talented, great to work with mid-size band, I’d suggest checking these guys out.

Congratulations Courtney & Jon! Thank you again for being such a treat to work with, and for the surprise platter of treats during your reception! Mmm, still dreaming about the smores one.
