In the heat of the summer, I love an excuse to head to the beach, especially when its to hang out with a couple like Michele & James. We met for their engagement session at her family’s summer spot on the beach in Rhode Island, not far from Newport. It was my first time meeting the two in person, but it quickly didn’t feel that way. The overcast skies were perfect for our session, and gave a dreamy look to some of the photos, catching the spray from the ocean and making it appear almost misty. These two laughed and thoroughly enjoyed themselves together during their session, and Michele’s mom told me that this is just how they are – happy, and full of laughter and love.
