One Year Cake Smash & Baby Portraits

I’ve been dying to see Baby E since before she was born! Her mom and dad were one of my favorite wedding couples from 2011. I’ve watched E grow from when she was in momma’s belly to almost-one. She’s so adorable, I would’ve gladly taken her home if her mom would let me keep her!

She smiled from ear to ear during her portraits, and was so excited to have BALLOONS! After 15 minutes of fun and easy portraits at my Central Mass portrait location, we brought out the cake. What better way to celebrate your first birthday than with cake!?! And boy, did she enjoy it. Babies usually start off slow, but not little E. She dove right in. And ended up completely covered, and completely happy.

I always urge moms and dads to come to the session camera-ready. I love when I can get them to join in for a few, they always end up being some of the most special from the session…

What did momma decide on for pictures? A stunning 20×30 framed wall portrait of the balloon+basket field portrait, and a mini-accordian album of the cake pictures. Among lots of other things 🙂
