Sam and Jessie are married! Their Harrington Farm wedding was one couples dream of, with blue skies, relaxed vibes and happiness all around.
They also had the dream team lined up for this event – some of our very favorites – who made sure that every detail was just right and the day would run smoothly. Harrington Farm, who always exceeds expectations, from the grounds blooming with flowers to the exceptional service & cuisine. Claire Miller, JP who has the knack for creating incredibly personal ceremony plans for her couples. Our absolute favorite florist La Jolie Fleur, makeup artist & hair stylist Christy & Co, and cake artist. Oh, The Bean Counter! Their cakes are not only gorgeous but the tastiest. And we’ve had a lot of cake in our day!
But mostly, this day was incredible because of Sam & Jessie. I cannot say enough about this joyful, loving, kind couple. As I look through their pictures for the umpteenth time, I still feel grateful for having connected with them, and for being able to be a part of one of the biggest, most meaningful days in their lives.
Jessie took time to enjoy everything about the day, and share it with the ones she loved.

Portraits don’t have to be stiff! Here are some of my favorite, loving portraits of Sam & Jessie with their beautiful moms and Jessie’s radiant grandmother.
Their ceremony was in the garden at Harrington Farm, with a string quartet and flowers abloom.
Jessie & Sam wanted the day to feel relaxed, and so making it to cocktail hour to mingle with their guests was a priority for them. For this reason, they chose to have a first look and take all of the formal portraits before the ceremony so they could spend more time together and with their guests.
Sam & Jessie slipped away from their reception for a few minutes during the golden hour, when the light is soft and the grounds were still. To spend a few minutes together and create a few more portraits, just the two of them, before finishing up their ceremony formalities and opening up the dancefloor.
Harrington Farm has an incredible new addition to their beautiful grounds! Jessie & Sam were thrilled to see stone fireplace and outdoor lounge furniture on the patio behind the barn. Its perfect for warm summer night like theirs, and their guests took full advantage!
They had a surprise for their friends & family…a caricaturist! Treats for everyone, with drinks & cigars outside and a dessert spread inside.
Jessie & Sam, we hope your wedding day was everything you hoped it would be. You are so generous with the love you share with each other and everyone around you, and it was an absolute joy to spend the day with you. Cheers to a lifetime of happiness and warm summer nights!
